These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the baji24 platform by all registered players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in Bangladesh to register and use baji24. One account per person is permitted. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the breach.
baji24 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times and minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of your account. baji24 does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals.

Collusion between players, match-fixing, arbitrage betting in bad faith, and any attempt to exploit technical errors in the platform software will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.
baji24 provides deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful, you may request a self-exclusion that prevents access to your account for a defined period or permanently. These tools are available from your account dashboard and are enforced immediately upon activation.
baji24 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify baji24 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. baji24 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp under any circumstances.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and baji24 (hereinafter referred to as "baji24", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online casino and sports betting services available at baji24.biz.

1.4 baji24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2.1 To register and maintain an active account on baji24, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
2.2 baji24 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or full account suspension until verification is complete.
2.3 If baji24 determines at any time that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.1, baji24 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and to void any bets or wagers placed, retaining any resulting winnings.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on baji24. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
3.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly if any details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. baji24 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify baji24 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Contact details are provided in Section 14 of these Terms.
3.5 baji24 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with such procedures by providing requested documents including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership.
baji24 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2.1 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
4.2.2 All funds deposited into your baji24 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2.3 baji24 does not apply a fee to standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.
4.3.1 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. baji24 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.3.2 Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review. Standard processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your account. baji24 endeavours to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
4.3.3 baji24 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier and are subject to change.
4.3.4 Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement that has not been fulfilled. In such cases, the Player will be notified of the outstanding requirement before the request is rejected.
The primary currency of baji24 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are denominated in BDT unless otherwise specified for a particular product or promotion.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on baji24 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to that product, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.
5.2 baji24 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or at odds that were manifestly incorrect. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
5.3 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly in response to live match developments. baji24 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of a live betting market.
5.4 Game outcomes on baji24's casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems supplied by baji24's studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. baji24 does not independently alter game outcomes.
5.5 Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules and payout structure of any game before participating. baji24 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.
6.1 baji24 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (for example, during BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh promotional periods). All such offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all baji24 promotions:
6.3 Any attempt to abuse the baji24 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk without genuine intent to engage with the Platform, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baji24 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

8.2 Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
8.3 Time-Out Periods: Players may apply a time-out of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which the account will be inaccessible. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
8.4 Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is causing harm may request a self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be directed to baji24 support and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully blocked including access to marketing communications.

9.2 baji24 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the baji24 servers. However, no data transmission method is completely secure, and baji24 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
9.3 baji24 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulated third parties where required for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, or compliance with legal obligations.

10.1 All content on the baji24 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, page layouts, software, game designs, text, and databases — is the intellectual property of baji24 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji24 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any baji24 content without prior written permission.
10.3 Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of baji24 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits baji24's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 You may close your baji24 account at any time by submitting a written request to baji24 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 baji24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
12.3 Where an account is closed by baji24 due to a breach of these Terms, baji24 reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account and to reverse any pending withdrawals.
13.1 baji24 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at baji24.biz/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
13.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — baji24 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification.
13.3 Continued use of the baji24 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.
